Within the United States

We offer flat-rate shipping on all of our products that are shipped within the United States. The fee for flat-rate shipping is $8 per order. 


We also provide our customers with a tracking number (via email) for their order as soon as the shipment is sent out. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days, depending on location.


Shipping to Canada

We also offer flat-rate shipping for orders going to Canada. The fee is $26 per order. 


Canadian customers are also provided with a tracking number (via email) for their order as soon as the shipment is sent out. All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days, depending on location and customs. 


Shipping to International Locations

Other than shipments heading to Canada, we currently only offer shipping to international locations with an APO/FPO/DPO address. 


Postal Issues
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost or stolen shipments, or any other issues that are due to the postal service. 


Please note that the customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address that the United States Postal Service recognizes and delivers to. Alpha Concealment Systems is not responsible for packages that are delayed, unclaimed, undeliverable, stolen or “lost in the mail.” Once the package departs our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the United States Postal Service.

If you believe that you may have entered the wrong shipping address upon checkout, please contact our Customer Service Team IMMEDIATELY by phone or email. 



When placing your order online, if the address you give is in Pennsylvania, West Virginia or Ohio, the system will automatically give you the option to pick up your order at our Product Showroom. Select that option and the shipping fee will be waived. As soon as your order is ready for pick up, the status of your order will change to "Awaiting Pick Up" and you'll receive an email notification from our automated system. A team member will also call or email you to inform you. Our Product Showroom is open by appointment only; once your order is ready, a team member will assist you in setting up an appointment to pick up your completed order.

If you want to pick up an online order that you already placed and paid shipping for, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via phone or email.


Clearance items are in-stock, and therefore are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (weekends & holidays excluded). Clearance items are subject to the flat-rate shipping fees listed above.

Please note that if you place an order for both a custom product AND a Clearance product, they will ship together, at some point during the estimated day lead time. If you would like to receive the Clearance item sooner, please place two separate orders to ensure two separate shipments.




Quick Ship items are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (weekends & holidays excluded). Quick Ship items are subject to the flat-rate shipping fees listed above.


Please note that if you place an order for both a custom product AND a Quick Ship product, they will ship together, at some point during the estimated lead time. If you would like to receive the Quick Ship item sooner, please place two separate orders to ensure two separate shipments.


All of our Quick Ship items are listed as such in the product description. If it does not say "Quick Ship" in the product title or description, it is a custom product and is subject to the lead time listed on the homepage of our website. 




Extra hardware is in stock, and therefore is processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Extra hardware orders are subject to the flat-rate shipping fees listed above.
 
Please note that if you place a custom order online, and also add extra hardware to the order, they will ship together at some point during the estimated lead time. If you would like to receive the hardware sooner, please place two separate orders to ensure two shipments. 







Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Alpha Concealment Systems!

Each of our custom products is uniquely customized to fit the desires of individual customers, and therefore, cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Selling the firearm that the holster/magazine carrier was originally ordered for
  • Deciding to order elsewhere
  • Changing your mind about the product(s) you ordered
  • Deciding you don't really need a new holster/magazine carrier
  • Deciding you don't like the product(s) you ordered
  • Getting in trouble with your spouse/significant other for spending money 
  • Your order took longer than you expected
  • No longer needing the item you ordered, for whatever reason


Additionally, we are unable to honor any returns related to ordering mistakes on the part of the customer (i.e. accidentally ordering a holster for a full-size model handgun when you own the compact version; ordering a light-bearing holster when you don't have a light attached to your gun). Please be very careful when selecting the handgun model, and or light/laser attachments, during checkout. If you are unsure if your handgun will fit a model listed, please contact us. We're happy to help!

We are confident in the quality, durability and performance of every product we manufacture, and as such, we do not issue refunds. 


Cancellation Policy
We do not allow for cancellations of custom orders at any time, regardless of the reason for requesting a cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Selling the firearm that the holster/magazine carrier was originally ordered for
  • Placing an order for the same holster/magazine carrier from another company
  • Any ordering errors on the part of the customer - for example: Placing an order for a light-bearing holster, but you are not using a light on your gun, or vice versa (no excuses. Please be careful to read the product title and the product description; both clearly state if the holster is compatible with a light/laser or not); Placing an order and writing in a request we're unable to accommodate, etc.
  • Changing your mind
  • Deciding you don't really need a new holster/magazine carrier
  • Getting in trouble with your spouse/significant other for spending money 
  • Wanting to add more items to your cart to avoid paying shipping twice (in this case, email our Customer Service Team and we'll set you up with a coupon code for free shipping for your subsequent order -- only available for orders placed within the last 5 days)
  • Not realizing we have a lead time and deciding you don't want to wait for your order (sorry, but the lead time is right on the homepage, no excuses)
  • Your order is taking longer than you expected
  • Not realizing you ordered a custom product, thinking you ordered a Quick Ship item instead


However, we will do our best to work with you and make changes to your order to reflect your needs/wants, as long as your order has not already entered production. If your order has already entered production, no changes can be made. 

Please note that if you change your order to a less expensive item, we will not issue a refund for the difference. Please be very certain of the holster that you need/want when checking out so that you do not encounter this situation. 

If you choose to change your order to a more expensive holster, or Kydex® pattern, you will be asked to cover those additional costs. If the additional payment is not received within 5 days of contacting us, we will contact you to let you know your order will ship as you originally ordered it.

We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped within our quoted lead time if changes are made, but we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Because specialty orders are completely customized to the customer's exact firearm, we do not accept returns on these items. Customers who have a specialty item made will meet with a specialty manufacturer and will pick out the exact specifications they are looking for, prior to the holster being made. 


Cancellation Policy

Once work has begun on a specialty order, it cannot be cancelled, regardless of how far along in the production process it is. Our specialty handcrafters set aside time specifically to work on these orders, and they work directly with the customer, and the customer's payment is in part how these workers receive compensation for their time and effort. 


However, a specialty order can be cancelled prior to your scheduled appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel, so that we can notify customers who are on an appointment waiting list that a slot has opened up. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or you simply don't come in for your scheduled appointment, it's considered a no-show. After two no-shows, we'll unfortunately be unable to schedule any future appointments for you.


If you cancel an appointment on more than two separate occasions, we'll require full payment for your order prior to scheduling any future appointments.

All Clearance items are final sale, regardless of where they are purchased.

Return Policy

​​Because all of our Quick Ship items are in stock, we're a little more lenient with returns. Unlike our custom products, or Clearance items, our Quick Ship items are subject to a 14-day return policy. This means that if at any point during the 14 days following the arrival of your shipment (or 14 days after date of in-store purchase), you're unhappy with the item, we will either exchange it for a different Quick Ship item, or issue you a refund, or a store credit. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs. We can also exchange your Quick Ship item for a custom item, however, your custom order will be subject to the estimated lead time and you'll be required to pay any difference in price. The lead time begins on the day that the Quick Ship item is received by Alpha Concealment Systems, and inspected to ensure no damages or alterations have been made by the customer. If the former is found, the return is voided.


To begin a return or exchange on a Quick Ship item, please email our Customer Service Team with your order number and shipping address. You will need to obtain a return/exchange form in order to send the item back. NEVER send unsolicited mail/packages to Alpha Concealment Systems.


Additionally, we cannot accept returns on custom orders if the customer was mistakenly under the impression that the product was a Quick Ship item - Quick Ship items are clearly listed as such in both the product title, and the product description, as is the case with custom items. If it does not say "Quick Ship" in the product title or description, it is a custom product and is subject to the lead time listed on the homepage of our website.

Return Policy

Sorry, we cannot accept returns of orders for extra hardware purchased through, regardless of whether the hardware is purchased online or in store.
 
If the hardware on your holster, magazine carrier or knife sheath has broken, been damaged, or is lost, you are entitled to a free replacement under our lifetime guarantee. Please contact us immediately if this is the case. There is no shipping charge for replacement hardware. You can also pick up replacement hardware at our Product Showroom, if you're local to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
 
If you choose to purchase the hardware instead of requesting a replacement, or did not realize we had a replacement policy, the hardware you purchased is still subject to the same return policy. 


Cancellation Policy

Because orders for extra hardware are processed almost immediately, we unfortunately cannot accommodate requests for order cancellations.
