All of our products are handcrafted and uniquely tailored to meet an individual customer’s needs and desires. And when an order enters the production phase, we take our time to ensure that everything is perfect. Due to the high volume of orders that we receive, all custom Kydex® orders are subject to a lead time.
A lead time is: the number of days that pass between the date of initial order and the date of shipment of the order. It does not include the time it takes for the package to arrive on your doorstep once it leaves our facility. The quoted lead time is meant as an estimate; please note that it may not be exact.

20 to 30 days*
The only exception to this is if an item is listed as Quick Ship or Clearance. Quick Ship & Clearance items are in-stock, and ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). If an item is NOT listed as Quick Ship or Clearance in the product title or description, it is a custom item that is subject to a lead time. Extra Hardware also ships within 1-2 days (excluding weekends & holidays).
*Please note that custom orders placed in July 2018 have been subject to delays due to higher-than-normal order volume and holidays.

Alpha Concealment Systems operates out of two separate facilities in the Pittsburgh area, only one of which is open to the public - our Product Showroom. Customers are welcome to visit our Product Showroom to shop, browse, pick up an online order and more. Appointments are required in all instances.
